Imagine receber seus amigos com uma receita fácil, cheia de queijo e repleta de sabor. Às vezes é tudo o que a gente precisa, né?
Fazer um pimentão recheado é rápido e perfeito para quem não quer perder muito tempo na cozinha, sem deixar de lado um bom prato. Vamos lá?
Esta quantidade serve de 2–4 pessoas com tempo total de preparo de 30 minutos.
1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 ° C. Corte o topo dos pimentões e retire as sementes e costelas. Separe o topo para usar no recheio.
2. Coloque os pimentões em uma assadeira segura para microondas com 1/4 xícara de água no fundo. Deixe os pimentões no microondas por cerca de 4 ou 5 minutos até que eles fiquem ligeiramente amolecidos. Escorra a água do prato e deixe descansar.
3. Aqueça 1 colher de sopa de manteiga em uma frigideira grande em fogo médio e carne moída marrom, sem mexer até obter uma crosta marrom. Em seguida, separe a carne. Continue cozinhando até que quase metade da carne esteja dourada. Retire a carne e deixe descansar.
4. Na mesma frigideira, derreta a manteiga restante da colher. Adicione a cebola e os cogumelos e doure por um minuto antes de mexer. Depois doure por mais um minuto antes de mexer novamente. Adicione o pimentão em cubos e continue cozinhando por mais ou menos um minuto.
5. Adicione a carne de volta à panela, coloque o tomate triturado e molho inglês. Cozinhe por um minuto e ajuste o tempero com sal e pimenta. Acrescente o queijo ralado e misture bem até o queijo derreter.
6. Coloque a mistura no pimentão e cubra com mais queijo. Asse por 15–20 minutos ou até borbulhar e o queijo estiver completamente derretido. Decore com salsa picada fresca e sirva!
